Welcome Reception Room
Pick a room and run whatever you wish to during the welcome reception at MMS. You can sponsor one of these rooms and add your custom branding, share swag, special activities, etc. It's your first chance to meet attendees in style. Choice of rooms is based on order date for this sponsorship.
All attendees are encouraged and rewarded for visiting all rooms during the reception so they will be stopping by.
Drink Coin Sponsor
Drink coins at MMS have become very popular. Attendees can exchange them for beverages at our 5pm Happy Hour sessions each night. We give them away the last night as collectables. Your logo goes on one side of the coin which you can use in promotions (have one on us!).
Photo Booth
We'll have one room all day Sunday for attendees to have their headshots professionally taken. You can sponsor this room (in sched and in person). Promote this online to show you want to help attendees stay current!
Sponsor Session
**Last day to buy for MOA is Feb 9th!**
Show off your company products in your own session.
Your session will be listed with others - prizes and give aways will drive up your attendance.
Sessions are 105 minutes. Generally 60 minutes of session and 45 minutes of Q&A, but that's up to you.
Logo Sponsorship
Your logo will be shown in all session slide decks; specifically on the Q&A page where half the session is spent taking questions.
Your logo and company info will be shown on the scheduling website for MMS 2026 at MOA.
Important: All booth sponsorships already include this logo placement. This standalone logo sponsorship is available only for companies NOT purchasing a booth.

You must have a booth to purchase. Hotel not included, but this full pass gets access to everything. Use it for staff or giveaways. You'll receive one discount code to use for registration.
