Hotels

  • Rooms have been secured for the Radisson Blu and Country Inn & Suites.
  • We get two fewer floors of rooms at the Blu due to renovations. To offset this, we're offering Country Inn rooms for $50 less (where they also serve free breakfast).
  • If you order the hotel bundle, you'll receive a code to use to book the hotel yourself. MMS will not book for you.
  • Nights covered by MMS will not be charged to your credit card. However, you must book with your credit card to cover incidentals or any additional nights. This booking results in a holding charge, not a full charge. You will only pay for incidentals and extra nights at the end of your stay.
  • If you cancel your MMS registration, you must then cancel your hotel reservation, or you will be charged a no-show fee.
  • When our hotel block is full and we sell event-only, you can still try to book hotel on your own at Radisson Blu, Country Inn, or JW Marriott.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation allowed up to 60 days before event (March 4) with a $100 fee charge for credit card processing. You must remember to cancel your hotel reservation if you cancel the event, as we cannot cancel it for you.
