FAQ
Please read through our entire FAQ before ordering and just before the event to ensure the smoothest experience possible.
Hotels
- Rooms are blocked at the Radisson Blu and Country Inn & Suites.
- If the block is full, book on your own at Country Inn or JW Marriott.
- The hotel bundle includes a code to book your room. MMS will not book for you.
- Your credit card is required to hold the reservation. This is a temporary authorization hold, not a charge. MMS-covered nights will not be billed to you. You pay only for incidentals and extra nights at checkout.
- If you cancel your MMS registration, cancel your hotel reservation too, or you will be charged a no-show fee.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation allowed up to 60 days before event (March 3) with a $100 fee charge for credit card processing. You must remember to cancel your hotel reservation if you cancel the event, as we cannot cancel it for you.
