What's New at the Flamingo Edition?
- Duration & Venue: Dive into three action-packed days of sessions at The Westin Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort. Just a scenic 30-mile drive from last year's venue in Miami Beach, this location promises a fresh backdrop for our gathering.
- Accessibility: Conveniently located 8 miles east of FLL airport and 32 miles north of MIA, reaching us is a breeze. Both Uber and taxis are readily available for your convenience.
- Refreshments & Networking: Enjoy continuous servings of coffee and snacks, and join us for lunch on a stunning rooftop setting. It's the perfect blend of relaxation and networking.
- Engaging Sessions: With six sessions every hour, totaling 24 daily, you're in for a knowledge-packed event. Don't miss our unique cabana sessions – imagine discussing insights with speakers while staring at palm trees and the ocean!

Hotel
- When you order the hotel bundle, you'll receive a code to use to book the hotel yourself. MMS will not book for you.
- Nights covered by MMS will not be charged to your credit card, but you will be asked to book with your credit card to cover incidentals or extra nights you might add. Booking with your credit card holds the room and is reflected in a holding charge, not a full charge. You pay only incidentals and any extra nights at the end of your stay.
- If you cancel your MMS reservation, you must then cancel your hotel reservation, or you will be charged a no-show fee.
- When our hotel block is full and we sell event-only, you can still try to book hotel on your own.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation allowed up to 60 days before event (Aug 21) with a $100 fee charge for Eventzilla. You must remember to cancel your hotel reservation if you cancel the event, as we cannot cancel it for you.
