FAQ
Please read through our entire FAQ before ordering and just before the event to ensure the smoothest experience possible.
Hotels
- The Radisson Blu and Country Inn & Suites at the Mall of America will host us again
- If you order the hotel bundle, you'll receive a code to use to book the hotel yourself. MMS will not book for you.
- Nights covered by MMS will not be charged to your credit card, but you will be asked to book with your credit card to cover incidentals or extra nights you might add. Booking with your credit card holds the room and is reflected in a holding charge, not a full charge. You pay only incidentals and extra nights at the end of your stay.
- If you cancel your MMS reservation, you must then cancel your hotel reservation, or you will be charged a no-show fee.
- When our hotel block is full and we sell event-only, you can still try to book hotel on your own at Radisson Blu, Country Inn, or JW Marriott
Dates
- Welcome Reception starts 5pm on 30 April, 2023
- Sessions start 8am on 1 May and end 6:30pm on 4 May
- Plan to arrive 30 April and depart 5 May
Rates
- $1899 (event only)
- $2649 for the 5-night hotel bundle
- All discounts are now exhausted
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation allowed up to 60 days before event (March 2) with a $100 fee charge for Eventzilla. You must remember to cancel your hotel reservation if you cancel the event, as we cannot cancel it for you.
